We carefully select books and audio based on the authenticity, reliability, and usefulness of the contents and cannot guarantee that any other title by such authors have to also be reliable. Ghazali Bookstore has developed a high level of trust among our patrons for providing reliable literature and it hopes to continue doing so, with the help of Allah.

Terms of Sale

The following terms and conditions are followed by GhazaliBookstore.com for each sale. Although, things should proceed the same way as with any other reputable online retailer these terms are necessary for us from an Islamic legal standpoint.

  • The offer in each sale will be when GhazaliBookstore.com receives a completed order form from the buyer.
  • If payment is made by credit card, the acceptance shall be when GhazaliBookstore.com charges the buyer’s credit card.
  • If payment is by cheque or money order, the acceptance shall be when this payment is debited in our account.
  • The buyer has the right to cancel the sale prior to the goods being shipped.

If the goods have already been shipped the buyer no longer has the right to cancel the sale.
